Job Summary
Our operating system for healthcare is used by public and private healthcare providers to digitize their patients, stock billing and insurance records and connect all aspects of the healthcare system.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for deploying Our OS in hospitals and health facilities across the country, training frontline healthcare workers, and providing day-to-day aftercare and technical support to facilities. This role requires frequent travel within Nigeria.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Strong Customer Service knowledge and experience
• Very Strong Computer Skills
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• A degree or diploma from a recognized university.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and first-rate problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a bias for action.
• Attention to detail with a natural ability to juggle many moving parts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hausa language.

Description of Responsibilities / Functions
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule,and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition
• Investigate and solve equipment failures
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines are installed and functioning according to specifications

• Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions
• Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.

Requirements
• B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Previous experience in Mechanical Engineering role
• Knowledge retooling of different types of machines
• Practical knowledge of machines such as milling machines, air compressors, packaging machines and extruders and their maintenance regimes
• Ability to weld will be added advantage.

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.

Function / Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to take accurate and reliable measurements of walls, ceilings, floors, partitions, etc…using both traditional measuring tapes and laser measuring devices. Shortlisted candidates will be tested on this;
Candidate must be conversant with preparing BEME, BOQ and Excel Sheet analysis, unaided. Shortlisted candidates will be tested on this.
Candidate must be highly intelligent, self-motivated, confident, smart and be able to work smart with minimum supervision.
Candidate must be great in communicating in English Language – in writing and in speaking good English .
Fluency in Yoruba and/or Hausa would place candidate at advantage where candidate meets the above-listed pre-requisites.
Implementation of company and Government’s Health, Safety and Environment rules – company-wide and at our Painting Projects.
Project planning and preparations.
Project Management, including professional supervision of our contract painting projects – including supervising and managing workers, products and materials usage/application, time scheduling, ensuring workers’ safety, adherence to product guidelines, application techniques, company policies, etc.
Extracting dimensions from Architectural Drawings based on Architectural Softwares like Autocad, Revit,etc.
Preparing BEME, BOQ and using information therein to present Excel Sheet analysis, Pricing of paint products;
HSE Policy drafting and Management.
Other duties as may be assigned by the Company’s Directors.

Qualifications

Required, First Class Degree or Distinction at HND.
Minimum Qualification of a Second Class Upper Division University Degree or equivalent.
1 – 3 years work experience.
Qualifications must have been obtained through full time physical attendance of studies at a highly rated/reputable University, Polytechnic or College of Technology. Online studies not acceptable.
Additional Degree or Diploma especially in Project Management would place candidate at an advantage.

Also required for this job: Practical working knowledge, expertise and experience in Architectural software – AutoCad, Revit, etc.

Area of Study:

Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Project Management.
Remuneration
N100,000 monthly
